I used Zippy shell only for one month, but it was a great experience. It made our moving so easy and I think it worth the price. I'll definitely choose them again if needed.

The Zippy shell on wheels worked out perfect for us. It was delivered early actually and we had plenty of time to get it fully loaded. Your items are in basically a large cage so we tried to place the backs of furniture up against that side to lessen the possibly of something coming through a hole a scratching things etc. The other thing about it being on wheels is that you don't have to worry about your driveway getting messed up by a large container. They came and took it away and delivered it back when we needed it and nothing shifted or fell or moved. We were able to unload it much faster so when they give you 24 hours as long as you are prepared it shouldn't be a problem. Would definitely use them again.

Wow, easy peasy. I called their central group and had a 10 minute conversation followed by a very smooth email/e-sign process of documentation. I got my container within a week and they picked it up within a week of me saying that I was done. Very easy to work with and everyone I spoke to, including the driver who had the coolest remote control vehicle, were really nice.

Zippy Shell was a fraction of the cost of some of the other pod companies. I was shocked and thought there must be a catch, but there wasn't. Customer service was fantastic. The people who delivered the pod to me and helped to load it were also fantastic. I had to rent two pods for several months due to an overseas move… As soon as I was ready to have the pods delivered back to my home, it was very easy to call and set up to have done immediately. Great value, a great customer service, very good product.

Have used Zippy Shell for two moves now and cannot say enough great things about their overall service. We used them for pod delivery and storage, and after about 8 months post renovation our items were in perfect condition, and they communicated with us throughout about delivery and other details. We also used their moving crew to unload the pod, and the guys were nice, professional and overall great. They went the extra mile to help install furniture and make sure they were taking care of the house and items. And Arnetia, who has been our point of contact throughout, has been extremely nice and helpful, and always responds asap. Thanks for the great service!

Zippy Shell has my future business! I called for A ZippyShell to help my sister who had mold in her apartment, she needed to get out FAST! I worked w Arnetia at the NoVa location for a storage unit for downtown DC , she made the process quick and easy, we had our unit within days! The driver stayed in touch and even placed the unit before I got there-he saw the roped off spot, edged in in perfectly and was on his way, same for the pick up. We were advised to enter the request w 7 day advance notice to not be billed another month, that is what happened, it was seamless. We appreciate the professional help and personal touch--thank you Arnetia, your driver and ZippyShell!!

Zippy Shell is a fantastic service. It was so amazingly convenient, safe and very reasonably priced. The men who delivered and picked up the shell were really nice, on time and so very safe with my stuff. I can recommend them without hesitation--5 STAR service

I used zippy shell when moving back to DC after living overseas for a few years. My husband and I were combining households, and we needed a place to store boxes while we slowly unpacked them (and either put stuff up or donated it). The zippy shell container was great and really easy to use. The customer service was fantastic. For that alone, I would absolutely use them again without looking anywhere else. They were incredibly responsive, and really friendly, and they made the whole process so easy.

During a very difficult move with challenging logistics, Zippy Shell helped to make the experience a bit easier. From having to book last minute, to the driver successfully navigating the container into a very tricky parking situation, to keeping our belongings safe and secure, everything was seamless and helped take some stress off my shoulders. I would absolutely use Zippy Shell again! I was very happy with my experience using Zippy Shell! The customer representatives were very accommodating, even with several changes to my move in/out dates/times. The drivers were prompt and kept in communication before arrival. Overall, a pleasant experience and recommend to anyone in the area looking for stress-free moving/storage options!
